Nicaragua is a relatively new entrant among coffee-producing countries. Nicaragua SHB (Strictly High Grown) is cultivated at high altitudes, resulting in much lower acidity than typical Central American coffees. This well-balanced coffee boasts a delightful aroma, light acidity, and medium body, offering a unique flavor profile distinct from other classic Central American varieties.
